Sent me a text stating it was from Verizon Wireless saying I had earned a "free" gift for being a long time customer. It included my Verizon account information and said in order to receive the gift I just needed to pay $9.99 Shipping and handling. After I paid shipping the buds were delivered and 2 weeks later they charged my card for 109.88 stating it was a trial for 17 days. I called Air Buds they again said they work through Verizon so I called Verizon and they told me they had no account of these business dealings and it was fraud. I called the company back, after being hung up on, and they refuse to credit the card but instead offered me some employee discount to credit me $40 for my troubles.
