The website these people have created is incredibly convincing! An ad popped up on facebook for a set of games each in what looked like a hardcover book. I clicked through to the website to purchase them without thinking about searching the internet for the games. The legitimate WS Game Company sells this set of games fir $549, so I would have known this other company was a scam if I had done due diligence. I ordered the games and got order confirmation 4/25/24. I received shipping confirmation 5/8/24 with a tracking link to a carrier i’ve never heard of. I tried to track the package since i had not received it 5/31/24. The carrier website said the package had been delivered ‘to mailbox’ 5/15/24. I emailed their customer service telling them I had not received the package on 5/31/24. We have exchanged 11 email since then. They continue to claim my package was delivered, I continue to explaining why that’s not possible and ask for a full refund.

Today 7/11/24 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and am looking for other options to hold these folks accountable.
