They would not contact me about the order for 3 months until I opened a PayPal refund ticket. They then contacted me and said they could ship the item soon. So I canceled the ticket. Then 2 months later I asked where my item was and they said they sent it 2 months ago. I stated I never got an email on shipment. So I said I wanted a refund they said yes a refund is easier than shipping the item to you. Then no refund.
