I purchased the product by website that offered no address or phone number. They confirmed the order quickly and said it would take 3-5 business days once it was shipped. It was not shipped. I emailed them asking for an update and was told it would ship in the next two days. It still has not shipped. The order number is 709750 for a smart card and something that comes with it. The price was $68.90. They offered me a refund or $17.20.
