Order placed thru Facebook for Christmas gifts in mid-Nov 2021 using **** credit card (order says ******?). I’ve been in contact many, many times via email (no phone contact info ever given for overseas company) w/o resolve. Always reply “checking on order, you will receive, making it priority, be patient, etc”. It’s now mid-April 2022 and not products received.

Their website/order confirmation states “full refund if product not received”. I’ve requested a full refund several times, but no refund yet.

On 11/10/2021 I ordered from Ordifriend website...linked to it from an ad. I have yet to receive the products ordered and paid for. They do respond to emails however with limited info.
