The exact same text was sent to me as others described. "Oregon toll services: We've noticed an outstanding balance of $11.69 on your record. To prevent a late fee of $50.00, please visit https://toll-sunspass.com to settle your invoice." But from a different phone number. I fully assumed it was a scam and did not click the link.

I received this text message on my phone “Oregon toll services: We've noticed an outstanding balance of $11.69 on your record. To prevent a late fee of $50.00, please visit https://toll-sunspass.com to settle your invoice.”. I know it’s a scam and didn’t click the link. Oregon only has 1 toll bridge and I haven’t been across it in over a decade. The number the text came from is +1 (902) 878-0243.

I received the text on my non-published cell number in Portland Oregon. It is an obvious scam on several levels. But I have great concern about the threat to people who may not have the ability to recognize this is a scam. I am reporting this scam to ScamPulse.com and deleting the text.

Oregon toll services (sic).  The alleged company name lacked capital letters -- which hopefully helps clue potential victims that this is a scammer.

Showed up as a text message after a trip to Washington state's San Juan Islands. Thought it could be legitimate as we could have driven through a toll and not realized it on our recent trip.
