I received a call from an Independent Courier stating I was to be served certified legal papers on 03/15/19. She directed me to call this number: 832-7102-3857 and was given a File#. Upon calling, I was informed that I had a suit filed against my Social Security number for a debt balance from Wells Fargo from 2008. They stated unless I started a payment arrangement, the litigation would be served with papers and I would then owe 2 1/2 x the amount. They had all of my information. They kept telling me they couldn't send me anything to validate the debt, and that If I wanted validation, to speak with Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo couldn't validate ANYTHING. I called the BBB and they were unable to locate this company via name or phone number.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! They sent me an email for the payment plan and wanted my electronic signature! the email looked pretty legit... It said it was an ORG Payment plan, and on top of the plan, it stated BCT Processing.

I did NOT sign this, and when they called back, they wanted to update my payment information and I closed down my card due to last nights phone call. I told them no one could validate them or the debt they said they were serving papers for. The guy (Dylan Murray) got super shaky and said he will just take me off the payments and serve the papers.
