Scam*****dont allow in your home!

My assistant called to book the service, the website said $49 to clean a couch, she spoke to them Dng they said it will be $79 bc it's a sectional. The cleaners showed up way early, at 8am so my assistant wasn't here yet. They told me it would be $500...but it was would be deep cleaned, sanitized and scotch guarded. We tried to call the office to make sure this was correct, leaving multiple messages and got no call back. They did the cleaning in 20 mins and said they only except Zelle payment (because then you can't dispute the charge!). Once the couch dried, it looks basically the same...even some surface dirt is left. The office still hasn't called back. THIS IS A SCAM******* don't let them in your house!

Hello on 12/2 i had a company come to help me clean my dryer duct vent and told me over the phone it would cost $100, when they got here they said it would be $750 but if i paid in cash it would be $500 to clean it out. they did the cleaning and showed me some pictures, but when they left my dryer was still showing a sign that there needed to be cleaning and wasn't fixed. I called best buy thinking it was a dryer error as well now, but they said no that my duct was not cleaned. i've been calling the company site for over 3 days now, keep getting customer service a s few things i've noticed.

- number on the site keep changing ever 2 hours

- customer service desk cannot transfer calls to the back office or to the dispatch unit.

- they told me i had a 60 day warranty, but apparently if anyone needs to come back that requires a manager approval

- the technician number has no blocked my phone number

- they will not call me back to give me updates or anything

also i asked for an email address and later realized that there is no contact us on the site, and it's a total fraud of me getting scamming here, which I saw this more in detail before booking them and losing a lot of money before the holidays.
