Scam and rude about it
That would have been fine if I'd received a confirmation email, a confirmation page after placing the order, an actual order number, or really ANYTHING other than a bot with a crappy attitude.
I paid in BTC, so there's no way to recover that. But I'm appalled that this site has been up and running for three years with so many obviously false 5 star reviews. Half the products listed don't come up anywhere else. So it's a ruse - albeit an elaborate one.
I found that their address was a few minutes away and it's a freaking house. So that's that, i guess. BBB, please shut this place down.

I am writing to file a complaint against the company Organic Magic Shroom, a fictitious company that claims to offer medicinal supplements. I would like to bring their fraudulent practices to your attention, as numerous unsuspecting individuals like myself have fallen victim to their deceitful scheme.
Organic Magic Shroom presents itself as a legitimate business, luring customers with promises of high-quality medicinal supplements. Upon making a payment, they promptly provide a tracking number, apparently indicating that the much-anticipated product is en route. Unfortunately, this is where the sham begins.
In my personal experience, after informing Organic Magic Shroom that my product had been shipped, by the way the shipping company is also a made up company, globalsunsetcoastlogistics.com, I patiently awaited its arrival. To my dismay, two days later, I received a perplexing letter, from the shipping and the supplements company, they demanded additional payment, citing a vague reason related to a seal or some other nonsensical explanation. This sudden request made no sense, as there had been no mention of any additional charges during the initial transaction.
Feeling alarmed and suspicious, I attempted to seek clarity from Organic Magic Shroom regarding this unexpected demand. However, their response only deepened my frustration. They manipulated and coerced me, claiming that this extra payment was necessary to rectify the supposed issue and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the product and the money would be refunded. Regrettably, this turned out to be nothing more than an elaborate trap to extort more money from innocent individuals like myself.
Ultimately, I found myself left with nothing but a sense of helplessness and betrayal. I lost both my hard-earned money and any hope of receiving the promised medicinal supplements from Organic Magic Shroom. This fictitious company preys on vulnerable individuals, taking advantage of their trust and need for genuine products.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating Organic Magic Shroom and taking appropriate action against them. It is crucial to protect consumers from falling into their trap and suffering financial loss and emotional distress. I believe that by bringing these deceitful practices to light, we can prevent others from becoming victims of this scam.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate your efforts in ensuring transparency and accountability in the marketplace. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take action against Organic Magic Shroom to safeguard consumers from their unscrupulous practices.
Yours sincerely,
MP
