I stupidly ordered an item from this company after seeing what seemed like good communication back and forth on Facebook. In the past 4 months, I had to beg for a tracking number which was eventually provided. Only to see the "item" was delivered to Texas. They apologized and offered to get it right and to be patient. They provided another tracking number, again eventually. This one shows delivered to Hawaii. I live in SC. I ask for a refund and now all I keep receiving is an email saying to be patient. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! I do believe they have other Facebook pages as well, selling the same items, so be aware.
