In one of the comments under this post, I saw someone post that the website they noticed was: www.muckebootcompany.com I did not notice this myself. I have since contacted my bank to issue a dispute and contacted the email address from which the tracking number came from to have them respond with this email:
Dear customer,
We are legal company.
Could you tell us what happened?
We would like to help you solve the problem.

I have responded to this email with a request for more company information (company name, address and phone number) and a full refund of my monies spent as I have yet to receive the merchandise as advertised. Looking back over the information now, I see several red flags that I should have recognized this as a scam, but I am not a very savvy online shopper - don't do it very often, so it escaped my full attention until the necklace showed up in the mail.
