They initially said they didn’t get the cart back until I told them I had proof from Fed Ex that it had been already delivered to them. They suggested I file a claim to the Route shipping insurance I purchased for the

Cost of shipping it back even though the damage had nothing to do with shipping problems. Their website says they “take full responsibility for manufacturer defects” but my experience was the complete opposite. They charged me a restocking fee despite it being a manufacturer defect and did not reimburse me for the very expensive cost of shipping item back. I asked them directly about restocking fees and about shipping reimbursement and they never said anything except to send it back asap for a refund. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company. The reviews on their website all have 5 stars supposedly but if you read the reviews there are similar complaints written so I’m not sure how it can have 5 stars.
