I ordered a supernatural shirt on July 25, 2019. Never got the shirt or my money back. They sent me an email telling me I would get my money back in 24 hours nothing yet.

I made an order back in August & still haven't received my order yet. Only one response & they told me to track it but there was no track number & they also told me if it wasn't there by the end of the week that they would refund me. Still no order or a refund! Also have sent more emails but no replies. Tried to go to the site & it's no longer there.

I am SO sick of being scammed by these idjits! I swear I must be stupid or too damn gullible! I ordered a Supernatural t-shirt an' self stirring mug in the beginning of August an' was told it was getting ready to be sent on the 4th... I am on limited income, but wanted to finally treat myself as Supernatural is one of my fave shows, so I spent nearly $40 Canadian Funds to get these items... I have seen nothing nor heard anything from them, tho' I have written them about the order...

Tho' this isn't the first time I've been scammed when ordering Supernatural merchandise... The first time was from a site called: Treasure Boxes (another $40 - happened last year)... I am NEVER gonna trust or buy anything from places like these again, I AM DONE!

I ordered from Original Haven in early July 2019. They’ve NEVER responded to my emails & NOW, as of November 2/2019, Their Website no longer exists. They stolen & scammed from Myself & countless others. I have a sneaking suspicion that “Supernatural Stuff”, is the new scam they’ve opened because They’re offering identical merchandise & deals & come from the exact same newsletter that originally called itself Original Haven!

I believe that originalhaven.com has just closed their website & Re-opened as supernatural-stuff.com
They have exact same merch, exact same so-called deals & when I signed up for the original newsletter with originalhaven.com, I’m still receiving their newsletters but, when You click the links in the newsletters, it brings You to Supernatural-stuff.com

I purchased a twin die cutting and embossing bundle for $19.99 back on August 20th. I contacted them one time about my shipment, received a supposed tracking link but all it ever showed was "shipped." Have I been scammed out of $20?

I have had every exact thing happen to me. I ordered at t shirt with a coffee cup. $17.50 was taken off my credit card in July and I never received it. They took their website down and never got back to me. This is truly a scam. I never order stuff online but Supernatural stuff I never thought would be

On 8/3/2019, I purchased a hoodie from Originalhaven.com. When I was given my confirmation, the tracking number was missing, so I reached out. Eleven emails to them, 4 from them, 9 1/2 weeks, and my bank account $16.16 lighter, I still have no hoodie.

The person that did respond appeared to be a Barb Hanson, no photo, no business contact information. My last email to her on 10/9 hasn't been read yet, and the last time I was able to look at their sites was on 10/8/2019. The websites being down was what made me finally upset enough to call it a scam.

In addition to emailing, I also called them, always getting voice mail or a robo-message saying this number does not receive incoming calls. They are in the UK, but the number is a landline in Crystal Bay, Nevada, name unknown. I will be calling my bank in a few hours and then filing a complaint on econsumer.org.

Offer supernatural based hoodies and lead you to believe they represent the show.. say they sent the product and when it doesn’t show say they have escalated for refund.. refund never gets processed and no product ever arrives.. a complete scam

I first ordered a mug, it came no problem. Then 2 weeks later I ordered a tank top with matching mug, then 5 days later I saw the hoodies. I ordered 2 of them. I waited n waited for them to come. I wanted them so badly. After 7 weeks I started emailing them letting them know that I didnt receive either order. There wasnt any tracking number, all I could see after going onto the store was items have been shipped. Didn't get Ny responses. Then I emailed them several times a day for close to 2 weeks, and finally got a response from. Then another email saying I'd receive a refund notification email within 24 hrs. Well I was back to emailing them several times a day never getting any email about my refund and I want my money back. Still have not heard anything. And now you cant even get onto the website. I have no idea how to proceed from here.

I had the EXACT same experience! I purchased a SPN hoodie on August 3, was told I would be given a tracking number and I hounded the hell (ha! hellhound) out of them. My first email was on Aug 12 asking for the tracking number, got a response 8/14.
I sent again 8/14, I never got a reply. I got a lil pissy lol
I sent AGAIN on 8/18 ("supposedly shipped by then"), she didn't answer me
Emailed again 8/26 (first time it was in all caps lol), she answered on 8/28
I emailed her again 62 mins later
I emailed on 9/7...still no hoodie or tracking number
No response...I emailed her again on 9/9 (37 days since my order)
She emails back on 9/13 again asking me for my order number and address.
I responded 2 hours later (SSDD at this point)
She emails me on 9/14 saying if it's not there "by the end of the week" (14th was a Saturday),
I would get a refund.
I emailed on 9/20, tell her I've tried to call and get voice mail or a message saying that number doesn't take incoming calls. (Probably spoofed) and also that "I will be reporting your business as fraudulent to any and all parties that will listen. I also request an immediate and complete refund of my money. I was never provided a tracking number after asking SEVERAL times. I don't know where your shipment is."
I emailed on 9/24...it was radio-freakin-silent!
This is the last email I sent on 10/9:

"BARB HANSON,

ORDER 3274, PLACED AUGUST 3, 2019 (67 DAYS OR 9 1/2 WEEKS AGO) HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED! I CONTACTED YOU SEPT 20 AS YOU REQUESTED SO YOU WOULD PROCESS MY REFUND. I HAVE NO MONEY AND NO HOODIE!

I WAS NEVER PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER AS PROMISED! DOES THIS PRODUCT EVEN EXIST? IS THIS A SCAM?! AND NOW THE WEBSITE IS DOWN?! I DEMAND A REFUND OR MY MERCHANDISE IN HAND BY THE END OF THE DAY FRIDAY OCTOBER 11, 2019.

Under the International Consumer Protection Act run by the Federal Trade Commission of the United States, I will report your business as internationally fraudulent. I will also file with my state, county, and city.

Please keep in mind this doesn't even include what I will say on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ipurgatory, ALL of the Fandom, and personally to Eric Kripke, Robert Singer, Jensen Ackles, and Jared Padalecki. I want my hoodie and you have until Friday to get it to me!

I DEMAND ANSWERS, AT LEAST YOU COULD DO THAT AND NOT PLAY HEAD GAMES WITH ME! DO !NOT! SEND ME A FORM E-MAIL AGAIN. A PERSONAL RESPONSE AND OFFERS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IMMEDIATELY WOULD GO A LONG WAY AT THIS POINT!"

I have never used so many caps in my entire life! I use MailTrack, the email hasn't been read yet...I even called them, still have the number and also the address. Sounds like a job for Google Earth. I think I'll follow up with the FTC. Truly, it's not about the money...it's the principle and I am one of the Super ultra mega fans and um maybe a little persistent lol. I fought with myself for a week before I decided I could move that little bit of money around to treat myself to the hoodie I wanted. Back to ipurgatory I go... Sorry this was so long...hadn't summed it up to anyone yet.
