Tho' this isn't the first time I've been scammed when ordering Supernatural merchandise... The first time was from a site called: Treasure Boxes (another $40 - happened last year)... I am NEVER gonna trust or buy anything from places like these again, I AM DONE!
They have exact same merch, exact same so-called deals & when I signed up for the original newsletter with originalhaven.com, I’m still receiving their newsletters but, when You click the links in the newsletters, it brings You to Supernatural-stuff.com

The person that did respond appeared to be a Barb Hanson, no photo, no business contact information. My last email to her on 10/9 hasn't been read yet, and the last time I was able to look at their sites was on 10/8/2019. The websites being down was what made me finally upset enough to call it a scam.
In addition to emailing, I also called them, always getting voice mail or a robo-message saying this number does not receive incoming calls. They are in the UK, but the number is a landline in Crystal Bay, Nevada, name unknown. I will be calling my bank in a few hours and then filing a complaint on econsumer.org.

I sent again 8/14, I never got a reply. I got a lil pissy lol
I sent AGAIN on 8/18 ("supposedly shipped by then"), she didn't answer me
Emailed again 8/26 (first time it was in all caps lol), she answered on 8/28
I emailed her again 62 mins later
I emailed on 9/7...still no hoodie or tracking number
No response...I emailed her again on 9/9 (37 days since my order)
She emails back on 9/13 again asking me for my order number and address.
I responded 2 hours later (SSDD at this point)
She emails me on 9/14 saying if it's not there "by the end of the week" (14th was a Saturday),
I would get a refund.
I emailed on 9/20, tell her I've tried to call and get voice mail or a message saying that number doesn't take incoming calls. (Probably spoofed) and also that "I will be reporting your business as fraudulent to any and all parties that will listen. I also request an immediate and complete refund of my money. I was never provided a tracking number after asking SEVERAL times. I don't know where your shipment is."
I emailed on 9/24...it was radio-freakin-silent!
This is the last email I sent on 10/9:
"BARB HANSON,
ORDER 3274, PLACED AUGUST 3, 2019 (67 DAYS OR 9 1/2 WEEKS AGO) HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED! I CONTACTED YOU SEPT 20 AS YOU REQUESTED SO YOU WOULD PROCESS MY REFUND. I HAVE NO MONEY AND NO HOODIE!
I WAS NEVER PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER AS PROMISED! DOES THIS PRODUCT EVEN EXIST? IS THIS A SCAM?! AND NOW THE WEBSITE IS DOWN?! I DEMAND A REFUND OR MY MERCHANDISE IN HAND BY THE END OF THE DAY FRIDAY OCTOBER 11, 2019.
Under the International Consumer Protection Act run by the Federal Trade Commission of the United States, I will report your business as internationally fraudulent. I will also file with my state, county, and city.
Please keep in mind this doesn't even include what I will say on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ipurgatory, ALL of the Fandom, and personally to Eric Kripke, Robert Singer, Jensen Ackles, and Jared Padalecki. I want my hoodie and you have until Friday to get it to me!
I DEMAND ANSWERS, AT LEAST YOU COULD DO THAT AND NOT PLAY HEAD GAMES WITH ME! DO !NOT! SEND ME A FORM E-MAIL AGAIN. A PERSONAL RESPONSE AND OFFERS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IMMEDIATELY WOULD GO A LONG WAY AT THIS POINT!"
I have never used so many caps in my entire life! I use MailTrack, the email hasn't been read yet...I even called them, still have the number and also the address. Sounds like a job for Google Earth. I think I'll follow up with the FTC. Truly, it's not about the money...it's the principle and I am one of the Super ultra mega fans and um maybe a little persistent lol. I fought with myself for a week before I decided I could move that little bit of money around to treat myself to the hoodie I wanted. Back to ipurgatory I go... Sorry this was so long...hadn't summed it up to anyone yet.
