+I ordered led light up balloons. I was sent a tracking number that states it can not be found, given phone numbers that do work. the price at check out was $27 and some change, my card was charged $41.29, it states all shipping in the us is $4.95. On may 19th I received a text message that my order has been shipped wit tracking # ***********************, tried to track, said it could not be found. Tried calling the phone listed under how to contact us @ 13433014835, this number is disconnected, tried calling the number I received from them on tracking 18558297059, it can not be completed as dialed. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, AND CAN NOT FIND THIS COMPANY. There is no known address, phone number, email. The web site is THEORIGINALLEDBALOONS.COM. This all the information that I have and it is false information. thank you so very much, and have a wonderful day.

After several ads on a number of social media sites for these reusable LED balloons I decided to give them a try. Looking at their website it seemed decent, had address, phone number, email for contact, even had a message regarding shipping delays due to covid. I placed an order on June 8 and as of July 1 had yet to hear anything. I checked my credit card and there was a charge back in June so they made sure to run that. When I went to contact them for a status on the order, I noticed there was no longer a phone number listed so email was the only option. After attempts to get an order status I asked for a cancellation. No response. Then I received a "shipping notification". After I jumped through a few hoops to attempt to track the order with the information provided, I couldn't find any record (literally listed as "No Tracking Record"). Again I tried to reach out for explanation and more information on the order cancellation. Still no response.

It's now August 5 and there is no product, no reply. Yet somehow they continue to send solicitation emails about "sales" and "specials" along with advertising on social media. This is a fraudulent business! PLEASE do not waste your money here. Party City also sells these balloons in store if you really want them.
