Got my order but...

$300 order, canvases folded and creased, all square diamond dotz but it's not mentioned in the description that they aren't the standard round dotz,; glue is not very good, same issues as others reported with customer service, also thought it would ship from NY and found out after purchase that they ship from China.

Ordered $135 worth of products. Used my Savor credit card by Capital One. Have tried many times to contact them by phone only to reach the COVID recording. Emailed several times only to receive an automated response. I called Capital One yesterday and explained what was going on. Two hours later, my money was back on my card. Thank you Capital One!

Ordered and received a diamond painting from Original paint by diamond back in May. I have been trying to reach their Customer services email for more then on month( send 5 emails explaining my problem) for missing 4 bags of drills. They are using Premier Trust Store as Customer services and since Samantha is a computer the only reply you get is about the covid and delivery delay. They never respond to your specific problem. I also try to reach them by Phone twice and the aswering machine mention that they do not take any call, only email. I will not be able to complet my painting that cost 80$.

I placed an order and the website said 7 to 10 days shipping and that was a lie. It took over two weeks just to show that the product was being shipped from china. this whole company is a scam chinese company. I want a full refund scamming chinese.

Ordered several items and was promised delivery within 10 days, 60 days later no product. Many attempts to reach a solution via email with this company has resulted in NO satisfaction the only responses from the company are requests to buy more of their products. Buyer beware, this has been a very bad experience for me.

I clicked on an add on Facebook for Original Paint by Diamond. I ordered almost $30 worth of items on April 7th. They texted me confirmation and said my order was being processed. I was supposed to get a text when it shipped. It's almost three months later and I haven't heard a thing from them. Neither of their phone numbers work and I haven't received an email back.

Original order date was 4/9. I cancelled when I saw that it didn't ship within the timeframe as stated on their website. They sent a message back stating that COVID was delaying things. I said I understand but wanted to cancel anyways-no response back. I looked up the company online and there are several consumers that state they have never received the product, cannot reach anyone live, no response, and that they feel this is a scam. I would have to agree. It has been 2 months since my order date and I don't believe this is within normal shipping times even with the COVID issue and customs. I haven't received the products and tracking says it is still in Shaghai. I call ** on that. I have ordered other products internationally and received within 3 weeks during this time. They are not a good business and they are ripping people off. Someone needs to stop them. Says they are located in NY but that is not true- they are actually in China but they don't state that until AFTER you place your order and it is too late at that point because you can't reach anyone. BEWARE OF THIS FAKE BUSINESS!!!!!

I went to this website and placed an order with them for 3 kits. I used my paypal account to pay for the merchandise, that was back in April 2020. I have never received the merchandise and just found out through paypal that the actual company is in China. They use multiple Names and websites. And I am currently fighting with PayPal to get my money back. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to this scam so am putting out this warning.
