Purchased items from the original pajama website which says it's a US/Canada store. I read reviews before purchasing and there were no red flags. We ordered the items, it took a very long time to get them. Once they arrived, they were not what we were expecting, the wrong color and the material and sewing were shotty work. I contacted the company at [email protected] for a return/refund. They said if we ship the items back to China, they would give us a full refund (that would dicey to trace and costly) so I went with the second option was to keep the items and receive a 30% refund. I went through all the steps with the company to do so they said they were refunding a 7 to 10 day window. Unfortunately, after three months and several emails back-and-forth with people at their customer service department(?) [email protected] , I have not yet been refunded the money. The last message I got from them yesterday said that they "Upon processing your refund request, we encountered an issue as the Original Transaction ID was not found....This means that the original payment method or credit card used for the transaction is no longer active or available. For example, you used it as a one-time payment). Which is incorrect because we've been using the same order number for all of the communications I have had with this company for the past three months.

At this point, I'm very frustrated with this company and the lack of communication. They don't post any phone numbers. So even though they said that they were a US/Canada company I don't believe them. I warned them if they didn't refund my money I would start posting negative reviews on websites about them. I also then decided to reach out to BBB.

I don't think there's anything that you can do, but I do want to make people aware that this is a dishonest company.
