I purchased a product online from Origin Compounds. I paid using Zelle. Prior to the product processing transaction and shipping, I requested a refund as I noted the product stated it was "For research purposes only" and not for "use on humans". The company refused to refund me stating they could not issue a refund when I paid with Zelle. I had previously requested a copy of the COA (certificate of authenticity) report from the company, but they again refused, stating they did not release this information. When the product arrived it was a vial of white powder with a company printed label. They was no way to identify that this product was as stated and the company refused to provide the COA. I again contacted the company and requested a refund and offered to send back the product. The company refused to refund me. I would like others to learn from my mistake and not purchase from this company.
