We requested a quote from the legitimate website on this complaint. The woman that reached out as a follow up called herself “Marlana”. She provided us with a quote for the sand and a link to the payment. After making the payment and missing their delivery date, we called her back. She originally had a couple of excuses and once we requested a refund, she stopped answering. There was a email receipt sent with a fake address as well. She occasionally still pick up the phone until she realizes who we are.
