I ordered a Backyard Discovery 12x12 patio gazebo, there were many sizes and styles of patio gazebos on their website.
I received Order #OR1007, however I did not receive a delivery date, which I thought was odd.
I emailed them two days later to ask for a delivery date.
They responded with a “delivery date of 1/27 and tracking number to follow soon”.
I never received a tracking number. I followed with an additional email three days after the first email and received no response. I went back into the website which was no longer accessible.
“Store no longer available’ is what popped up.
I have filed a dispute with my financial institution.
