I bought a pair of sneakers from this company, size 7.5. The sneakers they sent me are unmarked, so the actual size is unknown, but they are at least 1.5 sizes too small for my feet. I emailed customer service several times to explain the problem. The remedy they offered was a refund for the purchase price of the sneakers, but I would be responsible for the return shipping cost to China. That would be 30-40 USD, i.e. half the purchase price of the item. The company has refused to acknowledge that they sold me a fraudulent, unmarked, unknown size pair of sneakers. This is fraud.
