Went to website and read reviews. Sounded positive. Ordered shoes and immediately money was taken. I have inquired multiple times about when shoes would be sent…. I get no response from customer service. I have since also asked for a refund and again no responses. I got online again tonight and read reviews from other website about this company and wish I had seen before. Multiple people report it’s a scam! Please investigate this so no one else has same results and lose money! I work hard for my money like everyone else! Not to be scammed

Customer service was terrible. Has been over 2 weeks and no shoes. According to tracking still in China. Read other peoples reveiws and found out this company is a scam. Tried to cancel but couldn't. Didnt want to take a chance on the returns not being processed like the reviews stated so I contacted my Credit Card company explained situation and they credited my account.

Ordered a fuzzy looking shoe but what was received was nothing like photo of shoe. Smelled like plastic and looked cheap. Shipping took forever. Asked for refund and was only offered 40% or full refund with responsibility of shipping back. Acknowledged correct color from rep when asking for refund.
