Bought shoes that took over a month to receive. When I opened the package, the shoes smelled like paint thinner and cheap looking. No sole support. I asked for a refund and they said I could receive 15% off. I said no and then offered 30% off. When I said no to that offer, they sent me information to return with restrictions. Must be in original package, must be in their overseas warehouse in 30 days, must have a tracking number and I must pay for shipping costs. If these aren't met, I will lose all money and then some because of paying for shipping.

Shoes not as advertised, no orthopedic support at all. can not return to US contact location, must return to China to get refund, or keep 3 pairs of cheaply made shoes for 30% refund.
