I was shopping for shoes with orthopedic enhancements and these were "on sale". I did not realize where they were coming from. It took weeks to arrive, but they did supply tracking information when I contacted them once. I was shopping for a trip and did not want to cancel order.

I have now made a claim with my credit card company. Different parts of the online contact information is not valid and the name is so close to a very legitimate (but expensive) company {orthofeet], that searching was confusing when I was trying to find out how to return the shoes. They often pop up in ads when on screen doing puzzles & games.
