I purchased 2 items of clothing after seeing the company on Facebook. It said "free shipping over $79." They offered me a $4 discount code and I took it but they then charged me $14 for shipping. I emailed and they offered $7 refund. When I accepted, they said to contact them to get refund. This is after 3 emails already and they do not have a phone. They promote themselves as U.S. company but found out they are from China. They promote items will be shipped within 48 hours but they have yet to be shipped. When I emailed to ask about this, I have received no response. My bad...as there are several people writing about this scammer. I should have researched more.

All the same experience with J. Mayert.
All the items are cheap version of the photo on the website. Nothing look like the website.)
Nothing they promised on the website. ( It looks like they are using the different domain name websites for this type of online sale... the items are quite the same...)
No free return.
Fake return address. (I asked company name for the address in Dubai, and they never answer that)

Originally they try to negotiate with small amount of refund for me to keep the items.
Here are how they reply;

You can choose to return them to Dubai, but the freight shall be borne by yourself
RETRUN ADDRESS: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571.
As soon as we receive the order, we will give you a refund. Thank you.

I bought clothing that came with a guaranteed 30-day full return/refund policy. The items I ordered arrived, but were not at all like the pictures on the website. When I contacted them to start a return, they said they'd pay me $5 and I could keep the items. This kept going until they said the most they would refund would be $50 and I keep the clothes. After threatening to report them to BBB, they sent me an address in Dubai, where I could return the clothing at my cost and I'd get a full refund. I refused. They then just gave me an address in New York which is a fake address:

"14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413

Please give us the tracking number after sending back.

As soon as we receive the order, we will full refund you."
