This site sells/has pictures of beautiful womens clothing, I ordered a amazing dress for summer, wasn't cheap, 36.00, the dress never arrived, their site states that customers will receive their deliveries within 7 - 10 days. I've gone back on line OSHOPLIVE.COM, pulled up my "Order history, it shows my order, that's its been paid for, but the "Status" of the order states that it is "Unfulfilled", I emailed the customer service email provided on their site, no response. I sent a 2nd email, again, no response. On their site, the contact information is the customer service email address, it doesn't state where the company is located, no phone #, so I started doing some research on this site, I was able to find some sort of address in China. It's affiliated with a company listed as: Nerperian Holdings, researched that company, they have over 600,000 different user-names, domain sites, and not one of them gives any contact information.

I googled the OSHOPLIVE.COM site, there are thousands of complaints just like mine, we've all ordered clothing, and most of the complaints state that they never rcvd their orders, the few that actually did receive their orders, said the clothing is so cheaply done, examples: seams were not finished, looks nothing like what i ordered, looks like a 2 year tried to sew it, the complaints go on and on. I know that I most likely will never rcv my dress, nor my money returned, due to they're in a foreign country, but thought if i could help someone else to - Not get scammed, it worth my time spent on this report. Before you think about buying from any of sites that are on FaceBook, do some research before hand. This OSHOPLIVE.COM is connected to "DressLilly.com, and numerous other sites seen on FB. I know my purchase was not a huge amount of money, but when you don't have much money, every dollar is budgeted for, in the complaints, so many women were taken for hundreds of dollars, and I'm sure more to come.
