I found an add off tik Tok about this website, ostarashop. They had a bunch of vanity's that I ordered one for 104.90$. when I checkout it said that it will be shipped in 5-7 days. It's been 13 days. I've emailed them repeatedly asking where my order is and what's going on but I have not received a response. I then went through with their refund process which is only emailing them, there is no phone number nothing other than an email, which they do not respond to.
