i purchased a shirt from their website back in 2020. it took months to recieve, which i understand. but when the product was recieved, it was a cheap knockoff of what was advertised. i attempted to make contaxt and get a refund. they pretended to be willing to help with my problem and as soon as i provided the information necessary, they stopped responding altogether. i was very angry and regettably used some harsh language in response to their ploy. i just recently remembered i was never compensated so i emailed the same business and asked if they had any intentions of returning their ill gotten gains. they then pretended that they have never recieved an email from me, even though i pinned my last interaction with them to the email. they asked for my order number, which i provided. they then told me they couldnt find my order and asked for a screenshot of my order confirmation which i also provided. as soon as they had the necessary information, they pulled the same stunt and started ignoring me afain. i have checked with other customers and it seems most of the people who have bought from this site have been ripped off as well, and also were being ignored by their "support" team. upon learning this i made them aware that i was going to report them for theft, to which they did not respond. its been three years since my purchase and i have exhausted all ither means of contacting anybody from their company. they answer to one email, and then just ignore all other incoming correspondence. Product is really from CHINA
