I purchased a shirt from Lil Durk merch website on May 9th, 2024 as a gift for my young brother who is a fan. I realized I never even received a tracking number as his birthday rolled around so I contacted customer service on June 14th. These people are refusing to refund my money by not responding to emails. They tried to exchange the item i paid for, for a significantly cheaper priced item and once i refused they stopped responding. I just want my damn money back.
