I came into the business today to get consultation, and the business quoted me for a ECU tune 1 and 2 and also an exhaust delete. The business said Each ECU tune will cost $2500 which didn’t make sense to me because a ECU is just programming the systems motherboard and should exclude any part of the car. So I asked why does it have to be tuned twice the sales rep said it’s cause one is for the engine and the other is for transmission. I agreed on the service cause I thought they were telling the truth then I called Pfaff tuning and wesistic tuning and they both said that ECC was trying to pull a fast one and double charge me when they can just straight away tune my car to ECU 2 by coding it. When I confronted. The owner on Google reviews he started insulting me calling me poor and he said that the prices are listed on the site which he identified might be American dollars, but even if you convert it from American dollars to Canadian $1600 USD to CAD would only be $2100 no where near 2500 or 2800 which he originally quoted me per ECU. So they are being very deceptive. On the actual service trying to get knowledgable customers to fall for the scam to double pay for the same service
