We are a restaurant and bar chain with 10 locations utilizing the Toast POS for online ordering. Ritual has somehow gained access to 4 of our location Google pages, diverting sales and orders through their site from Toast. I have emailed their customer support to no avail. They do not have permission nor did we sign up for anything with them. I have no idea how long they have been hijacking our sales. Their website is slick with no real options to talk to anyone (the 800 number will only allow you to leave a message).
