Next morning we came to the centre and the owners asked us what car insurance we have. Then they spoke to the insurance advisor and told us that they will take care of the car.
A week passed and nothing was done. It was still the 0 progress
I asked my insurance advisor to help me to tow the car to Leons body shop for repairs.
She agreed and I made a release letter for the preffered centre to release the car
They refused. So I came to the centre myself and organised the towing of my car to the body shop
These people charged us towing and storage fees that are way above the by law limits
I ended paying the centre 1746$.
We could remove the car from there on the next day if this people would release it to the insurance tow
I saw in there storage a lot of cars.
Thats how they make money on unsuspected customers
I would like very much if other people may avoid the situation that we got into
Please, help
