I was offered a free service to check my credit score. However, to start the process they requested my credit card number which they implied would be no charge. On November 18 the credit card had a charge of $1.07 reflected. On November 24 the same credit card was charged $29.95. I contacted the company to which I was told I must enter my entire social security number to resolve. I refused and contacted my credit card company. At this point the $1.07 and $29.95 are under dispute. Hopefully they both are resolved.

However I would like to inform Better Business of this underhanded, and in my opinion an illegal activity. I would like to put this business on warning and enter a class action lawsuit against them.
