Miljan Milasinovic is a Serbian that is using his German Shepherd dogs to scam U.S. citizens though face book he will request that you send him via Western Union the cost of the dog and then half of the money for the dogs transport feed once he obtains the money he will not deliver the dog to you claiming that his account was hacked and he will not refund the money. He finds his victims though face book under his name Miljan Milasinovic claming to be a man of law to fool his victims into trusting him. I know of two other victim he has scammed
