Owner and repair person is a career felon with over 35 felony arrests and uses an alias for a first name. Real name is Yoanys uses Gio so his felony past can not be tracked easily. He enters into an unexpected customer home as a felon, and uses old parts stored on the side of his house and claims they are new parts. He was fired from previous position at a reputable company for lying about his criminal past, and has now started his own company to scam people.
