AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered from them four months ago! two bikinis. They have been telling me the order is shipping soon every time I ask for 3 months. Finally I asked for a refund a month ago and they sent an email saying my order was shipped but they did not include any shipping information. I patiently waited. 1 month later and no order has arrived. I email them asking for tracking number and they say that the order should be arriving any day now but UPS has the tracking information and they have to contact UPS to resend the info to me. UPS never sent me anything in the first place. Also, is it not the company's job to send the customer the tracking info with the shipping email? They are gas-lighting, rude, and refusing to give me a refund or tracking info so at this point they have stolen money from me and I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I ordered 3 swimsuits in February 2018, and I was waiting 4 months, never receive them. I was contacting on Instagram the owner, she was telling me contact customer service. I was sending 50 emails in one month and never got any respond, so I was contacting again Karmel on Instagram. She was saying again to email, and then she blocked me and on Instagram and on email. Then I start reading reviews and understood that this girl is scam artist. She running real scam, changing name of the company every year or two. I can’t believe how many people fell for this trap. I hope one day someone in justice will do something about it.

Anyway I call the bank and they refund me. Please for anyone who ordered from this place ——- if u didn’t receive order during two months, u will never receive it. Go ahead and call bank to reverse your transaction before it is too late!
