I ordered a product based on an ad on social media for a product and the comments (probably fabricated) made it seem trustworthy, but they gave me an order number and said they'd contact me when it was shipped but I never heard anything and now their website won't load and I've heard a couple others have tried to contact the company to ask and just get blocked on their social media and aren't responded to.
