Purchased a carpet cleaner from the site, they provided tracking information on a 2lbs. package, but no package was ever received. Carpet cleaner alone weighs 17.5 lbs. Paid with PayPal but PayPal denied claim because tracking info was provided by seller. Tried to contact seller and kept getting error messages. do not do business with them. I have documentation of entire transaction.
