He was advertising Boston Terrier puppy sales. I expressed interest. He wanted $1035 - $850 for the dog (female named Bertie) and the rest for shipping. All communication was by text messaging. He had me send money by PayPal, but then refunded it back as he was having ‘accessing’ problems. I got contacted by a shipper (Ultra Safe Movers) requesting a special crate be rented and they wanted $1500, which 90% would be refunded upon return of the crate. There was no contact phone number, only an email. They wanted me to get 3 American Express cards for $500 each and then contact them by email and they would tell me what to do. I contacted Warren Steve (the seller) and he said to send him the money and he would go pay then. He wanted me to use Zelle, which I don’t have, but I was able to send him the money thru Apple Pay (646-388-3326). He then wanted the money for the puppy the same way. I told him I wasn’t send any more money until I got assurances that I was getting a puppy. I then asked him to call me (again) to talk. I never heard another word from him or the shipper. He texted me this morning with a different number (918-395-3615) asking if I had contacted the shipper. I told him I have realized I had been scammed and I was going to let everyone know about him. He never responded.

Was advertising Boston Terrier Puppies on internet. I emailed him (Warren Steve) and he contacted me. I Apple Payed him $1500 for a female puppy (Bertie) and he dropped off the face of the earth. Would not provide his phone number nor call me. I texted him several times and he has not responded. I learned my lesson (expensively).
