Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered on 9/5/203

I placed an order in September and have heard nothing. Looked into the payment and vendor only to find the “store” does not exist and the phone number listed is inoperable.

1. I ordered from the website outletsoutdoorresearch.shop and now when I go to it, it can't be reached.

2. They sent me this order receipt and the contact us goes to an error page.

3. The shipping tracking is going nowhere. They gave me the same tracking number for two separate orders.

4. When I received my bank notification, there was a phone number with the charge 17204019220. It's a recording that says the service you are trying to reach is unavailable and then it just hangs up.
