Type of a scam Online Purchase

think I got scammed by Outdoors Tribe

I just checked whether this is a legit business because I got a shipping confirmation when a label was created, but in the past 7 days it hasn't changed to the item being given to USPS. An email to customer support about it hasn't been answered. Frustratingly, I see several other complaints about this exact same issue. Will be contacting my credit card to reverse the charges. Don't buy here!

Got my items, BUT...

I received exactly what I paid for and the items are well made, but...the customer service is HORRIBLE! One shirt did not fit and I have been unable to make an exchange. There was no packing slip in the bag, so no instructions on how to return or exchange anything. I have repeatedly tried contacting this company by phone, email, Messenger, and Instagram and am getting no response from this company whatsoever. The comment I made on one of their Instagram posts was removed and I am sure I was then blocked. So, they know I have an issue that needs to be resolved but they have decided to ignore it. Now I am stuck with a $40 shirt that I can't wear.

I was going to order reusable bags but decided against it and deleted all my information. And the next thing I know there an email that said " thanks for shopping with outdoors tribe".

Obviously a scam. Placed order on 12/1/20 and my card was charged. Received shipping notification on 12/4/20 and the tracking has not changed over 3 weeks later. Still 'pre shipment' so the package never left. I have emailed 6 times and left 4 voice mails. Not one response. I will have the charge reversed with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

Same here. The link they send with the tracking number is a fake USPS website. There is no real tracking number.

I ordered several items from them on Dec 8 totaling over $60. Received shipping notice on Dec 11. As of Dec 26 status still shows FedEx waiting for item. I have sent repeated emails to them to check if they gave me wrong tracking number or some other issue. No answer. I left phone message on their customer support line but no answer to that as well. I did get a canned email from them stating I should have received items by now and if not to reply to email. I did that and still no response. I have ordered from them in the past and gotten items in a reasonable amount of time but this is the last time I will order from them. I will wait another week and if nothing happens I will contact my bank to dispute the charge.

We ordered 3 inflatable hammocks. We have had them for only 3 weeks and they are falling apart, ALREADY ! We have not heard from them after repeated emails and phone calls. Worst product and customer service ever. We will go out of our way to make sure others hear about it.

Ordered mesh reusable eco friendly produce bags. My order was shipped to Minnesota instead of my address. Contacted them through email for support. Never received an initial response until after 5 emails. Emailed back and started the sent the wrong shipping link and will send the new one soon. Second response after more emails calling them out as scammers asked for me to be patient and the order is stuck at customs. I continue to ask for a refund. I know I will never receive one but at least I can make a complaint against them. Called the number multiple times from the website but never receive a response and you have to leave a voicemail. Googled the websites address and found multiple companies with the same address and phone number but different names and multiple ScamPulse.com complaints.
