I attempted to buy an electric lawn mower per outdooutlet.com on that website on Oct 1, 2023. They accepted the order but said it was not to be delivered till Jan. 2024. Tracking said it would be delivered Jan. 2024. They stated it would be delivered two weeks after Jan. 4th. However, it never did get delivered. I threatened to file a claim with the BBB, and then they said they would refund my $165.00 fully. But I haven’t received the refund and I am not able to contact anyone per phone, only customer service email.

At this time I'm not able to find that website. Thank you
