See my response to the company support department below and was suppose to return the product to China at the minimum cost of $47.50. So, I went to my bank for a chargeback.
The product I received was not the product advertised on your website! After extensive searches on Facebook and Instagram the person you say gave a testimonial could not be found! I don't believe she exists! My outrage over your business practices are listed below!
1. It was a tiny cup- 8oz. not 12oz. as advertised!
2. Your photos misrepresented the size!
3. The description and testimonial of the product was skilled "creative writing" compared to the actual product I received!
4. The material was not "handcrafted from mineral crystal" or a "crystal-made mug!" or "Made from real minerals like amethyst, quartz, and agate." It was plastic
5. The Blue Mug was not in the delivery!
I want a REFUND.
