I found a deal for lights for a Moonboard climbing system. Ad said "Fire Sale" price.of $97.80. I paid with PayPal and my PayPal account was charged a recurring fee of the $97.80 to a privare account for Michel N Angelil instead of a business. I cancelled the recurring charge in PayPal and tried contacting Outletcaspers.com via the email provixed by the contact information on the website. I never recieved a reply. I've been unable to contact them through PayPal as well. No tracking information was ever sent. I also found an almost identical website called "allclimbus.com" which is likely another scam site.

I found a good deal ($20 discount) on a duffle bag I wanted at outletcaspers.com . I ordered the bag, and paid through shopwatit.com . The shipping took 1 month for me to receive a package. What I received was a fake cartier men's ring. I contacted the company via email at [email protected]

and [email protected] . I was told:

"Dear Customer

Thank you for the photo, sorry to see this, we have a huge order volume,

worried that the warehouse staff made a mistake.

Sent you a ring worth $400 by mistake,

From the photos you sent, it looks pretty good.

You can try wearing it yourself or give it to your family or friends as a gift,or 30% refund

please consider it.

If any questions/issues, please let us know.

Regards

Support"

In another message I was also told:

"sorry for trouble we take to you,but we really can not process full refund to you pls

be kind keep the order and we will process partial refund to you as compensation,

it is that OK?

Looking forward to your reply ASAP!

So so sorry for such inconvenience!"

After many other emails back and forth about me not agreeing to pay shipping back to them for their mistake and not wanting the ring and just wanting a refund, they said:

"Sorry,someone resells your order to us, we only have 60%.

so we can refund all of 60% and you don't need to return ok?"

Then I gave up and contacted my credit card to continue the disagreement for me.
