The company passed itself off as “Balsam Hill” on Instagram. It is NOT Balsam Hill. Its ads said they were having a large sale. I ordered a wreath for which I was charged $15.50. After over a month of waiting I reached out to say I hadn’t received the merchandise. They stated that it was in transit and I should check with my post office. I did this and was told by USPS that the tracking number provided had never entered their system. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund only to be told that their system shows the product as delivered by their carrier. Their carrier isn’t a US carrier and all the tracking information is in Chinese. Shortly after placing my order my credit card was compromised and I was multiple fraudulent charges made. I’m pretty sure it’s related to this purchase. This company is using trademark information to market themselves and failed to produce the product & refund my money when contacted multiple times.
