Ordered from them December 12 and my card was charged immediately by a company called SUNBALANCE LIMITED Hong Kong. I didn’t notice till over a week later and then never heard anything about my order being shipped.

I found an ad on Instagram stating that 5.11 Tactical had an 80% off clearance sale. I made a purchase of 99 dollars and 99 cents using PayPal. Name, phone number, email, and address were given. After making the purchase, I noticed my payment was made to an individual named "Christopher C" on PayPal and not to the 5.11 Tactical company. After checking the real 5.11 website, I found there was no real 80% off sale and found that the site the scammer had used was fake. However, the website was somewhat convincing but could be determined fake if you knew what to look for. An email receipt was sent to my email, but I have a strong feeling I will not be receiving the products. Using the order ID on this receipt on the real 5.11 website returns nothing. When checking out, there was no other way to pay other than Paypal, also making it seem more legit. I will be closely monitoring my bank and Paypal accounts for any fraudulent transactions.
