This fraudulent company was advertised on Facebook, so I assumed that it was legit! I purchased a nice Christmas tree, but it never arrived. I assumed that it was real because they used a tracking company via China; however they must also be in cahoots with them too because the package said delivered after waiting an entire 30 days; however they couldn’t provide me with an updated tracking number and/or name of the United States carrier that it got switched over to-to be delivered once it arrived to America (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHS, OnTrac, Amazon etc…). I emailed their “customer service” and have just been getting the complete runaround. They are talking in riddles because they’re a scamming site. They used a tracking company named 17track.net. It was fishy from the beginning. They told me to contact my local post office to check on the delivery. I did, however, without a legitimate tracking number they couldn’t give me much information. They then checked by my name and address and informed me that NO packages had been delivered to my address on or near the date that the company alleges that it was delivered. My bank will not issue me a refund due to them allegedly using this tracking company and claiming that it was delivered. All email communication with them is a complete waste of time. They scammed me and truly ruined my Christmas. If you visit www.christmasdiscountshop.com it will now direct you to another fraudulent site that’s now out of season for other items. It will direct you to www.outletsaless.shop. They even have a FAKE “QVC” headliner on the site imposing to be affiliated with them! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
