On Oct 1st I received a robo call saying hi this is Melissa Thompson from the Outsourcing Department this call is for....(my name).. a complaint has been filed in our office and then I gave me a claim number and then he proceeded to say please call back at 18332538572 if you have any questions if you don't hear from you or your appointed representative we have to notate that you are non-compliant.. I called from a pay phone the number the gave me and they knew all my info and a old debt that I wouldn't confirm. They told me the amount. They said I could speak to one of there lawyers for a good discount. I said I don't know about the debt and he said have a nice day. But called my house phone and. Cell phone from the same number 18662538572. Witch is different from the one they tell you to call. Of you call the one it shows on caller I'd it says b421 test successful then hangs up. No records online about the company.. Only from people who say its a scam along with the numbers.
