I was trying to book a flight and I was told by an agent that there is a promotion but I have to pay for my ticket with a prepaid card (gift cards such as ebay card or google play card). I purchased $800 ebay card and provided to the agent and after few minutes he said it is not going through. Then I was told that I have to buy google play card again for amount of $800. I provided that to him as well. They said they will refund me the money but I have to buy another gift card so they can refund me $3500.! I got suspicious and called ebay customer service and found out that balance on all cards is ZERO. They used $1600 without giving me any ticket. He said his name is Chris Thomas, phone number 1-844-519-7111 Ext 1097 and he is the billing department manager.

I lost $3100.00 without getting any ticket! I called my bank but there is nothing they can do because I purchased the gift cards from store! They have no way of tracking down these [censored]!
