I purchased a LOTR Arwen Evenstar necklace from the Oval Avenue company on June 1, 2016 with an order number of #5479. The money for the purchase was drawn from my account on June 3, 2016. In the email from the company with purchase confirmation number it stated that they would contact me and inform me of when my product was ready to be shipped. I never received a notice that it was going to be shipped or even that it had been shipped. When I attempted to follow up on the order, a month later, because I know some companies take a while to ship items I had emailed them to inform them of the situation and they never responded. Since that follow up email, all other emails that I send to follow up with this problem have not gone through. The return receipt of the email says that their server is rejecting my email. All I want is my necklace and my money back for the trouble that this company has caused me. It is theft if someone takes your money for a specific purpose and never follows through with the terms of the transaction.

Oval Avenue

They had a Facebook ad and it was a scam. They had a Supernatural necklace if you bought it for the anniversary. I never got it. I paid for it. I sent them countless of emails as to where my product was and I didn't get anything. Not my product not an email not even my refund back. Worst company ever. It is a scam.
