My wife saw an add on the internet soliciting beauty products by "Oveena" that were advertised as free trials just pay shipping, She received the so called FREE trial products only to find out she was charged full price for the FREE trial products by Oveena, not only did they do this once but twice. When my wife contacted them about the potential error she was rudely treated by the customer service rep. Well it took a series of phone calls to our credit card company to get on a three way call to the shifty scamming company Oveena to get this situation resolved. Our advice to any potential buyers of this company's FREE trial products beware it's going to cost you more than you think. Do not fall for the trap!!! By Joanna Gaines company, you may remember her from the TV show " Fixer Upper's "

I was reading on CNN news app for android. At the bottom of the page, there was an ad showing Mark Zuckerberg and his wife who was sharing these skin restoration products for free to try. The goal was to offer a product at the average Canadian can afford. This set me up for the trust factor. When I received the product, it contained a 14-day trial starting when 4 days after ordering. I didn't receive the product until the 30th of October. I was not aware there was a trial. I believed it to be free.
When I called customer service they were not polite at all and very robotic in information sharing and cooperation. I believe this is a case of false advertising and entrapment. Here is the thing... DO NOT... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE THAT IS FREE.... IT ISN'T
Seniors like myself are a very susceptible group to SCAMS..... I did not lose much money shipping only because I have cancelled my credit card. I am told I can return the product all at my expense to the person on the label. I am now afraid to return the product for fear they will say they did not receive it back. Customer Service gave me a ridiculously long RMA and order numbers for each of two products in one package?
Also note: It seems no one at the service desk knew anything of the false advertisment involving Mark Z and his wife?
